Book Your Private Class For Any Date You Desire

(but plan ahead as dates book up)

5 Easy Steps To Follow:

1. Choose Your Party Date. If your party is less than 15 days away, give us 2 party dates to ensure we can assist you.

2. Come up with 3 Preferred Party Times and list them when making your deposit (i.e. 1pm, 6pm, 7pm, 9pm). We are a very busy event planning company and unfortunately can't check your date for you, until a deposit is received. We are very good at accommodating everyone's request because we have a lot of instructors who work for us. In the event that we are unable to host your party on the date you put your deposit down on, we will refund your deposit immediately.

3. Make Your Deposit Below.

4. We will call you within 24 hrs (M-F) to say HI and confirm your booking date and time or feel free to call us at 917-438-7926. At this time we will take any special requests you have for your party too (for example, if you'd like party favors or dinner reservations)

5. We'll start planning your party. Get ready for a great time!

When you make your party booking, in the COMMENTS section of your payment include the date of your party, what Class and Package you'd like.

When should I book my party? As soon as you're ready. I would plan in advance though, as party dates aren't guaranteed and we book up

How do I book? We take all major credit cards. To reserve your party a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold your date. Once your deposit is received your party date is guaranteed.

When is my party balance due? The remaining payments (if applicable) will be due 30 days before your party date, by credit card only. In the event that the remaining balance is not received within 14 business days of your party date, your party shall be cancelled, and all payments up until this point shall be retained.

The organizer has the option to charge the remaining balance on her/his credit card OR each attendee can pay for her/his ticket individually ~~(additional $10 service fee per ticket).~~ ~~This fee is temporarily waived.~~

For Last Minute Bookings (less than 14 days from party date) payment must be made in full by 12pm (noon) of the following day the deposit is made. If party is booked 3 days or less than party date then payment must be made in full that day by 5pm. In the event that the remaining balance is not received within this time frame, your party shall be cancelled, and all payments up until this point shall be retained.

Pictures are included with all studio parties and may be used for promotional purposes. You will be emailed the party pictures after the event. They are great for souvenirs or "evidence." If you would not like the pictures to be used for promotional purposes and would like a CD mailed with the pictures on them, it's an additional $47.

Tips are included in your package. You are under no obligation to tip additional but have the option of providing a nominal tip if you feel that you've received exceptional service.

Party Favors are a must for any party. The look great in pictures and make the party more festive and fun. Please speak to your party planner for the popular party favors - plus receive 20% off retail price when party favors are ordered in advance. Appetizers can be added to any party packages that take place in a lounge/club. This includes a choice of several different appetizers that your party rep will go over with you so you can choose your preference. The larger your group is the more party platters you receive.

Cancellation Policy. All parties and payments are pre-paid and non-refundable. If for any reason a guest cannot attend the event, it is the Client's responsibility to sell the open spot. In the event that you have to cancel your party, cancellation requests must be made by email or phone. If your cancellation request is received at least 30 days in advance of your party date, as a courtesy your non-refundable deposit will be held as a credit to be used towards another party package. This credit expires 90 days from the date that your party deposit was received.
